Job Description:

We are looking for a go-getter Marketing Manager for our early team to join the mission to build the social fabric of the business and help build engaging communities. You will work directly alongside the Founders in developing the go-to-market plans and we can assure you that this learning will be unparalleled. The candidate needs to showcase / hone the below attributes to succeed in this role.

• Community-first Approach - Ability to think from the relationship between an Artist and his fan’s to develop the entire strategy to build a vibrant community supporting the project.
• Performance / Social Marketing - Understanding of social marketing and performance marketing in the new age for the Gen-Z and what drives / amplifies the Artist-Fan engagement
• Communication Skills - Bring clarity to the entire team about what we are trying to solve and why; and be able to lead a group of people through influence. Ability to communicate at all levels within the company and represent the company external.
• Analytical Skills - Comfortable in solving problems and taking decisions through the use of data; yet able to move forward in absence of perfect data.
• Thinking Big and Small - Able to zoom out and view the larger picture as well as be able to focus on the tiny details.
• Growth Marketing - Always on the lookout for ideas to create virality of the product and grow the community through innovative means

Experience:

• Tier 1 College
• 3-5 years of experience managing social / performance marketing for a B2C / D2C company
• Experience building communities is a plus
• Experience with performance marketing (Google Adwords / Facebook / Instagram / Twitter)
